Supported Living Sites
Coleman Residential Services operates four supported living sites located in Ravenna, Edinburg and Kent, Ohio. The Residential Supportive Living Program is designed to maximize one's ability to live in the least restrictive environment, attain and maintain independent living in the community and minimize hospitalization. .
Who We Help:
The supportive living program is designed to provide housing in a group living setting to individuals in need of housing with supports. Individuals must be 18 years or older and willing to participate in our program. Individuals must have the ability to bathe, feed self, dress, take medication and ambulate without constant 1:1 staff supervision.

- On-site assistance by case management and/or a resident technician
- Laundry facilities
- Assistance with independent living skills (laundry, meal prep, hygiene, budgeting)
- Socialization/leisure skill training (group activities)
- Medication monitoring/education
- Links with internal and external resources
